What it means for your cash

A mandate changes how invoices travel, not when customers pay: payment terms and late payment stay as they are. What changes is that an invoice arrives as a structured file, which is faster to check, and checking is what a funder needs before it pays an invoice early.

What Advanta reads today

Advanta reads 16 file formats: CSV or Excel, Spain’s AEAT VAT record books, Facturae, UBL / Peppol, CII / Factur-X, FatturaPA, KSeF, NAV (Hungary), Finvoice, FEC, DATEV, XAF, SAF-T accounting, SAF-T (PT), ebInterface and myDATA. To be financed, an invoice must state its due date.
