Sub-processors

Advanta uses a restricted set of service providers (sub-processors) to operate the platform. This list is kept up to date in accordance with Article 28 of the GDPR and made publicly available. Changes are notified to customers by email and via this page with a minimum of 30 days' notice.

Change notifications

Before adding a new sub-processor or replacing an existing one, Advanta notifies customers with 30 days' prior notice, except in cases of operational emergency. The notification includes the name of the sub-processor, the purpose, the jurisdiction, and the applicable DPA document. Customers may object to the inclusion of a new sub-processor within the notice period by sending an email to dpo@advanta.pt.

International data transfers

Whenever a sub-processor operates outside the European Economic Area, the transfer is carried out under:
