[01] Why the buyer

You are the only party that knows the invoice is good.

Your supplier borrows against last year’s balance sheet to bridge the gap you created. You already decided to pay, and on what date. Advanta asks you to say so, once, in the tools you already use.

Approve in Advanta. Nothing to install.

Advanta reads your payables through a direct connection to your accounting software, revocable at any time, or from a file you upload: CSV or Excel, SAF-T, e-invoices (Facturae, UBL/Peppol, CII/Factur-X, FatturaPA and more) and accounting files (FEC, DATEV, XAF). Nothing is written back when you approve. See every connection and format

Suppliers join by invitation.

An invitation from you, a portal in their language, NIF and IBAN, a sanctions screen. Each approved invoice shows exactly what they receive if paid early, before they click anything.

The approval becomes a document.

Who approved and when, with a fingerprint the bank portal and the evidence pack reproduce independently. The paper your suppliers’ banks used to chase you for, written by the platform at the moment you approve.

Cash moves. Your calendar does not.

The funding bank pays the supplier early, 1 to 2 business days after it approves, minus the discount shown in the offer. You pay the bank on the original due date. Advanta is paid by the financier, never by you.

[03] What changes, what does not

Nothing changes in your payment terms. Everything changes for your suppliers.

The bank underwrites one name, yours, instead of thousands of SMEs it has never met.

[04] Why now, in Spain

The e-invoicing mandate arrives next year.

Crea y Crece makes structured business-to-business invoicing compulsory, large companies first, expected from October 2027 and pending the final regulation. Every large buyer will have to ready its supplier base. A programme does that work once, and pays suppliers while it does.

FAQ Questions treasury teams ask us

Before you start a programme.

Who funds the early payments?
A bank or funder, against your approval. Or your own treasury, if you prefer to pay early yourself and keep the discount. Advanta never funds and never lends.
Does it change my payment terms?
No. You pay the bank on the original due date. Early payment is an option the supplier takes, priced by the bank against your name.
What does it cost the buyer?
Nothing. The financier pays Advanta on funded volume. If you use your own cash for dynamic discounting, Advanta keeps 15 % of the discount you capture and you keep 85 %.
What do my suppliers see?
An invitation from you, a portal in their language, and one button per approved invoice with the amount they receive if paid early. Joining asks for NIF, IBAN and a sanctions screen.
What does the bank see?
One name to underwrite, and for each deal an acceptance certificate: who approved and when, with a fingerprint the bank can recompute itself. How the certificate works →
Is our accounting data safe?
Every connection to your accounting software can be revoked at any time, and files are uploaded only when you choose. Data lives in the EU, and every table is under row-level security. The security posture is published, with what is not yet in place stated plainly. Security →
How long does a programme take to start?
A pilot is one supplier base, one funding line and ninety days. Your invoices come in through a direct connection to your accounting software or a file upload; the aim is to pay the first suppliers within the first weeks of the pilot.

Start with one supplier base.
