Notice to your customerDraft

When an invoice is financed, your customer is told that it has been assigned. The notice follows the law of the invoice: under the law of Italy (Codice civile art. 1264; L. 52/1991), its text is still a draft that counsel has not reviewed.

Between companies in Italy, a customer who pays late owes 10.40% a year from 1 July to 31 December 2026 (D.Lgs. 231/2002, art. 5).
